How to restore my password

If you have forgotten your password, there's nothing to worry about.

You can restore it in one of two ways:

1) Click on "Forgotten Password", which can be found under the password input field after clicking "Log-In"

2) Contact us support by going on the bottom of this page and searching for "Contact us" under the "General" section

How to upload your documents

You can upload your documents after logging-in in your account and clicking the "Upload Documents".

If you are experiencing any sort of difficulties uploading your documents through our website, you are also able to perform this operation by emailing them directly to our compliance department at [email protected]

How do I clear cache and cookies

If you are having technical issues with the platform, we recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies as a first step in trying to resolve the issue.

To clear your browser’s cache and cookies, follow these steps:

1) Close all browsers, including the one with the platform open.

2) Open a new browser window and go to your browser’s history. This is usually done by pressing Ctrl H, or Command H, on your keyboard.

3) Follow the necessary steps and empty your cache and delete the cookies.

4) Close your browser.

5) Reopen the ITGMarket platform on a new window and perform the desired action again.
